Way Out There

Way out there is a cinematic pad with a very unique twist. Aftertouch cues an LFO to begin moving from zero. This LFO controls oscillator 1 pitch. The Amount of force you apply will determine how fast the pitches rise up. letting up on aftertouch at anytime during the rise will put the lfo controlling the rise back to 0-rate, with the notes remaining at their current pitch, be it 5th, or major 3rds, or 7ths. After a note has undergone a full octave rise, you can now add in new notes to control their own pitch risers independently, as aftertouch will only affect the notes that have yet to make the rise. All kinds of interesting harmonies and and melodic shifts can occur. Get creative and have fun with this one.
